Rodrigo failed/neglected to properly take good notes so that he can determine which HVAC unit to inspect on the roof. 4. He did the bare minimum, the inspection/report was minimal and standard.  In short, this inspector provided me with pictures of an unit that belonged to another apartment indicating that it was a 2018 year old unit. However, after hiring a real HVAC professional to professionally inspect the HVAC unit, I was told by the new inspector that the unit that belongs to the apartment was actually a 2006 unit. Becuase of Rodrigo's negligence and laziness it caused me a 400K deal.  Don't use this company, if you do, you have been warned. read less
