WELCOME TO CEDARWOOD!

Rodrigo performed a thorough inspection and explained everything completely and in detail. Start to finish, a great experience!

Rodrigo was suggested to us to inspect our new home during the due diligence period and we also had him reinspect before settling. He was communicative about schedule changes and prompt with reporting on the house once he was completed. We had heard stories of people getting inspections and then finding obvious issues upon moving in, but we were able to rest easy knowing after seeing Rodrigo's detailed report. His thorough examinations were instrumental in identifying needed work prior to purchase. The online reports showed each item that he identified with clear videos and descriptions and suggested responses, and clear updates for the re-inspection for items that were fixed. We were so pleased with Rodrigo's work and would suggest him to any nearby friends and family.

Rodrigo was very thorough and pointed out any concerns/issues he found on pre dry wall inspection

Rodrigo did an excellent job with our inspection. He arrived on the scheduled time that was set weeks prior. He was very professional throughout the process. I was especially impressed with his thoroughness as everything was clearly labeled and marked, making the report easy to follow.

He also uploaded all the images and videos directly to the site he sent over, which was incredibly helpful for seeing exactly what he found and what I needed to have fixed. Highly recommend his work!

Rodrigo was great. Very informative and practical. The report came with pictures and videos. This made it easy to send to the seller for repairs. Will definitely use him again!

I highly recommend Rodrigo to perform any of your home inspection needs. My wife and I are having a new home built, and Rodrigo performed the pre-drywall inspection and a follow-on re-inspection, as well as the pre-closing inspection. In each case, Rodrigo was professional, thorough, and timely when sending his finished reports. His finished reports were very thorough and provided us the necessary information to communicate next steps with the builder. He gave us peace of mind throughout a process that is normally stressful. We also plan on using him for our 11-month warranty inspection. You cannot go wrong with Cedarwood Home Inspection!

Great experience. Rodrigo is very thorough with his inspections. He is very professional and explained all of his findings in detail. We would absolutely use his services again.

Great experience and communication working with Cedarwood Home Inspection. I feel reassured with my purchase knowing Rodrigo inspected with care and explained everything in an understandable way for a first time home buyer.

I worked with Rodrigo for the first time. I love how he focuses on what's most important versus minor things. He was reassuring and informative throughout the process. Looking forward to working together again.

Rodrigo did an outstanding inspection. He was thorough, did not rush through the home and gave an easy to read report with plenty of photos and videos so there was no misunderstanding. He spent the additional time after the inspection to walk through and show the buyer and address any buyer concerns or questions. My "go to" inspector, he doesn't disappoint and you'll love the easy to read/follow report!

Rodrigo was very thorough in his inspection and educated us regarding his observations and how to fix them as well.

Cedarwood Home Inspection was great. Rodrigo was very professional and answered every question I had. Great price too.

Rodrigo was amazing to work with! My buyers were feeling super nervous going into their first home inspection, but he made the entire process feel simple and stress-free. His response time was lightning fast, and his professionalism gave us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a thorough, reliable inspector!

Rodrigo came to us very highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He is knowledgeable in his field and took the time to explain the importance on different aspects of the inspection. He also used videos to help us better understand issues which I really appreciated. Inspection report came back to us same day and he was available for any questions. We would definitely use him again!
